they are people, ideas and limitless possibilities.”

Welcome to OpenGenesisLINK

A new open-source platform for connected virtual worlds

OpenGenesisLINK is developed independently from OpenSimulator in modern C++23. The current published server state is 2.0.0-dev and already includes Core/World Node, regions, scene runtime, identity, assets, inventory, social, groups, land, estates, moderation, teleport and observability. Native federation (OGL-FED), Hypergrid interoperability, scripting and advanced physics are being added incrementally.

~80%+server functional coverage in active development · not a production-readiness metric
What is OpenGenesisLINK?

OpenGenesisLINK is an independent, modular open-source platform for virtual worlds. The server separates Core and World Node, uses its own native protocols and keeps OpenSimulator compatibility behind isolated adapters.
